Feedback and Complaints

We work hard to provide a great service to our patients and we hope you are always delighted with the dental care you receive from Edinburgh Dental Studio. We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:

We aim to resolve a complaint as quickly as possible. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, The Dental Complaints organisation is the next step for issues about your private treatment.
