October Newsletter

25 October 2021

Hello, Autumn

Edinburgh Dental Studio team
Our leafy wreath is up once more signalling a shift in the seasons. It can be difficult to leave the warmer summer months behind, but there is a lot to love about autumn. The sky may be looking a little greyer, but there’s something magical about the atmospheric misty mornings and riots of red, orange and yellow that autumn brings.

We hope you are all keeping safe and well and enjoy this latest edition of our newsletter.

What our patients have to say

If you are considering Invisalign, have a listen to what Jemma had to say about her recent Invisalign treatment with us.

Invisalign

Invisalign really can produce spectacular results. Our current Invisalign package is on offer until the end of this year and includes a complimentary consultation, unlimited aligners, teeth whitening and 3 sets of Vivera retainers, all for £3995. Are you smiling your best smile?

New Season, New Toothbrush!

New tooth brush time

To ensure you are getting the best out of your toothbrush, it is important to change it, or your toothbrush head every 3 months, or if it gets frayed. You should also change your toothbrush if you have been unwell…bacteria loves bristles!

*TOP TIP* Change your toothbrush when the seasons change. We’ll give you another reminder when winter hits.

Thank you from edinburgh dental studio

Finally, we want to thank everyone who has completed our patient feedback form. Doing so allows us to evaluate our performance and continually improve the service we offer. Responses have been overwhelmingly positive, however, there is always room for improvement.

One area we are keen to make improvements in relates to waiting times. It is important that every appointment is long enough for our clinicians to carry out treatment without compromise, and without our patients feeling rushed. We always strive to see patients at their appointed time, however, occasionally we do run behind schedule due to dental emergencies or scenarios out with our control. Our practice manager, Leigh is now monitoring waiting times and working with the clinical team in order to implement changes, where possible, to reduce the risk of patients being kept waiting. Our team will always do their very best to keep patients informed of any delays, should they happen.

Are you in the middle of treatment or have you recently finished treatment?
